How to use

Warm the sachet under hot running water, or pour the contents into the mud heater. Before shampooing, brush the mud onto the roots and along the lengths of dry hair. Massage it in and cover the hair with a cap. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then cleanse with the right Thermal shampoo.
