How to use
Apply in the evening if you can. Use it on freshly washed hair after towel-drying it well, or on a dry scalp. A Thermal shampoo such as Balance is recommended for washing. First moisten the scalp with Thermal pH Equilibrium. Then apply 4 to 5 sprays to the areas that need it most. Massage gently with your fingertips until the lotion is absorbed and leave it on for a few minutes. Do not rinse, then dry as usual. For the impact phase, use it 3 or 4 times a week for at least 6 to 18 weeks, depending on how oily the scalp is. For maintenance, use it twice a week for at least 4 weeks.
